Long week - longer weekend

Trying to pack my backpack, but it's hard, even though I have quite an experince in packing... Why I am packing? Well...
The day September 6 is a very important one in the history of Bulgaria. It is the Unification Day of Bulgaria with Eastern Rumelia (Southern part of Bulgaria) in 1885, separated in 1878 by Berlin treaty and given to Ottoman Empire with partial autonomy. However 7 years later brave Bulgarians finally got their territories back and are celebrating this day since then. For us as foreigners here this means two things - we are happy for our friends and we have one more day free. This is why this week we are working Monday to Saturday, however Sunday to Tuesday having 3 days holidays.

Lali and me have plans to conquer Romania in these days. This is why tommor at this time we will be sitting in Ruse (which is a Bulgarian city on the border with Romania), waiting for our train to Bucharest. First plan was to go to Bucharest for one day only with Ivelina and Chris, however finally we found a hostel for 30 EUR for 2 nights for 2 people, and decided to stay there all weekend and have a proper trip. I am already looking forward to see the hostel, so far my experiences with hostels are very different, but this will be the first time that I will be sharing room with some people I don't know. Well, up to 6 people we don't know, actually.
So next night we are going to make 270 km in 12 hours with the help of amazing trains. YES, WE ARE GOING BY TRAIN. So far all people who heard about trains seemed as surprised as if we would go by donkeys, so looking forward to this experience as well, seems to be interesting one.
Plans for Bucharest are also very huge, hope to succeed to do all the things we planned and describe the trip next week. Have an amazing weekend everyone!
